Animal Sponsorship
Sponsorship gift packs are the perfect present for animal lovers and aspiring zookeepers. Your support helps care for our animals, maintain their enclosures and provide enrichment activities.
Included in our 12-month sponsorship packages:
- A keeper experience session to learn more about your animal.
- A sponsorship certificate and photo of your animal.
- A cuddly toy
- A six month update about what your animal has been getting up to!
Your £45 donation supports our animal care department, including enrichment activities and habitat improvements across our mini zoo.
Meerkats
We have a small family of meerkats available to sponsor– just £45 for a 12 month sponsorship.
Ring-tailed lemurs
You can sponsor one of our lemurs here – just £45 for a 12 month sponsorship.
Donate to the mini zoo
All donations will go to caring for our animals here at Capel Manor College and Gardens. Donations will also support the teaching and learning of our students, the next generation of animal carers.
Any donation big or small goes a long way.
Donations can be made in person at Capel Manor College and Gardens, or at the contactless donation stand located at Reception.
How your donation helps:
£2 – buys some tasty enrichment snacks to give our animals all the nutrients they need to keep active and healthy.
£5 – Buys new enrichment toys to encourage their natural instincts and increase exercise.
£10 – Helps us purchase vital training equipment for students to use to improve animal husbandry.
£20 – Buys food for an animal for the week.
£50 – Can provide preventative care for all species.
£100 – Will allow us to buy new items for enclosure refurbishments, and to maintain the animal’s current homes.
